section issues

ok. firstly, i think i should make it clear to everyone that if anyone is unhappy with our section be it because of our actions or the things we say at any point of time, please tell us straight to our faces instead of finding the easy way out and posting your comments about our section here for the whole world to see. please spare a thought for our feelings, and also take note that our section really does not mind any constructive feedback as to how we can improve on our way of dealing with certain issues, as long as this feedback is given to us face-to-face, so that our views on certain issues can be put across by us as well. i personally do not feel that it is right to only listen to one side of the story, and to judge our section based on one party's point of view. secondly, respect should be earned and not demanded for. all leaders, be it in any sense, should keep this in mind. if they want people to respect them, they have to work hard to earn the respect they deserve. respect is not something that can be forced. that's all i have to say on this issue. i thank you very much for your kind attention, and i sincerely hope that if there are any problems within our section, they can be settled by a good face-to-face talk. yours faithfully, yunwei.
