It always starts off as a tiny internal itch. You can't reach it, you can't even locate it. It increases with every single breath you take. It expands and starts to manifest you. It overcomes both the mind and body. Muscles start stiffening up. You start trembling. The temperature around you seems to drop. Your fingers get cold and clammy. The heart beats an irregular rhythm. You get overwhelmed by panic and fear. All systems are messed up inside, but your face shows no changes on the outside. Blood seems to backflow up to the heart, hands get numb from the cold and shivering. Organs seem dislodged. You lose control of how to breathe. Huge amounts of air enter, but the dizziness stays. You see tiny dots piling up. Everything gets so clear all of a sudden and the next moment, your vision gets blur. All these increases with so much intensity in just mere seconds. The crashing of waves resonates in your ears and the feeling of suffocation wraps like a five-inch blanket around your head. And then, you start wondering if you might just die..
